Job Description:
The Measurement Coordinator KnowledgeWeb assists with the collection and reporting of knowledge measures, including usage statistics and client-defined measures. Responsibilities Under direct supervision, perform data collection and input. Integrate correspondences into Summary Cards. Support Associates with trend analysis, chart creation, design maintenance, etc. Perform ad-hoc testing. Assist with normal and ad-hoc reporting. Assist with the design of new measurement processes while supporting ongoing processes. Under direct supervision of Measurement Manager, assist Usability group with measurement related projects. This may include: entering data from the WebTrends or other program into MS Excel; perform basic trend analysis; and identifying key usability issues for action by Usability group.Ernst & Young LLP, an equal opportunity employer, values the diversity of our work force and the knowledge of our people.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have: a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience approximately 0-3 years of experience in a business or technology environment performing detail-oriented work excellent written and verbal communication skills good interpersonal skills an excellent eye for details ability to complete multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment proficiency in MS Office; Lotus Notes preferred
