Marketing & Website Specialist
Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating the corporate websites, to include all promotional items and related written content. Responsible for driving increased traffic to company websites and to report measurable results. Responsible for creating graphics, layout, designs and prototypes to increase the value of the online user experience. Responsible for generating online advertisements; developing/broadcasting email campaigns, creating advertising schedules and online advertisement layouts to increase new joins throughout the franchise. Will contribute to the marketing layout, design and implementation responsibilities in support of the overall marketing activities and analysis for Domestic and European franchise operations. Coordinates with technology department to advance website functionality development. Performs other marketing or administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Primary Skill Requirements: Intermediate HTML Coding, Intermediate Adobe Photoshop Design
Secondary Skill Requirements: Intermediate MS Access Querying Ability, Intermediate Writing Communications Ability
• Produces graphic designs and copy layouts for online and print content, to include size, style and arrangement based upon space, layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Designs html prototypes, visual interface and interaction of web-based applications.
• Designs, implements and evaluates visual human interfaces, utilizing user-centered design principles.
• Works with the content and functionality development team to design online user experiences.
• Ensures user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the online entity.
