Manufacturing Engineer

Industrialization Engineer would provide in a new product introduction, including the following:
1) Repair equipment/tooling/fixtures (verification of what is required, determining specifications, selecting equipment, sourcing, procurement, etc.).
2) Providing equipment input/output requirements to Shanghai team (elec, gas, water, venting, etc.)
3) Work with Shanghai team to develop repair cell layout
4) Help develop repair process flows, including shared processes with mfg (Packing, shipping, testing, troubleshooting)
5) Help develop repair center operational processes / procedures / documentation
6) Assist in establishing material requirements and repair component procurement process
7) Layout / processes for exchange stock area (assuming it transfers from Xiamen)
8) Help conduct training for new Repair Center leader and Reman Engineer (in Mequon and Shanghai)
9) Work with Shanghai team to set up repair cell.


Requirements:

2-4 years experience w/ BS Engineering or equivalent experience (i.e. if someone has multiple years of new facility set-up experience without a degree, they will still be considered.) MUST have experience with facility transfers or moving existing product lines and electrical product knowledge-do not want tooling designer work exp. Must have good people skills, able to work as a team. Project Management experience preferred. Have means to front travel expenses for international travel.(this is negotiable but strongly preferred)
