Manager, Systems and Networking

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, operating, monitoring and securing the company’s local Data Center, which delivers service to users across the world. This position leads a team comprised of systems and network administrators and support personnel and interacts with business applications, architecture, and remote support personnel.





Have a BS degree in Information Science or related area coupled with 10 years overall information technology experience, including 4 years in infrastructure management and 4 years in a project/personnel leadership role. Candidates are preferred to have an advanced degree and MCSE or Certified Network Engineer certification.
Be experienced in Computing and Communications infrastructure management in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and data and voice communications concepts.
Apply the best-practice technologies, processes and standards such as ITIL to deliver effective, high quality information and communication services to internal and external customers. Ensure control of the environment in support of compliance requirements.
Demonstrate an ability to recruit, develop, manage and motivate a high-performance team of technical professionals.
Possess excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and program management skills.
