Licensed Surveyor/Mapper - PLS or PSM

Small surveying firm seeks FL PLS licensed land surveyor to qualify the firm and manage/build its surveying operations. The firm specializes in work for commercial real estate companies, including boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, elevation certificates, coastal construction control line surveys, underground utility surveys, construction staking, and other general surveying products and services. Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the majority of the following qualifications and experience:

* Licensed Surveyor/Mapper (PLS or PSM) in the State of Florida
* Land development experience utilizing TDS software, and topographic and boundary survey
* Extensive design experience using Autocad and LDD
* Three or more years experience managing surveying crews
* Excellent communication, motivation, and people skills
* Must be a team player
