Level 2 Help Desk Support - Immediate Need!

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour Robert Half Technology has an immediate need for a Level 2 Help Desk Consultant for one of our clients in the local Metro Kansas City area. The position is initially a contract role with a potential to go full time.Qualified Help Desk Candidates with the following experience should apply:2+ years Help Desk Experience
1+ years Level 2 troubleshooting experience
Flexible to work 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 PM and also cover for others on vacation
1+ years troubleshooting network issues including Active Directory, IP Printing and general networking problems.
2+ years troubleshooting Windows XP and Office 2003 Applications
Experience troubleshooting VPN, DSL and Cable connectivityFamiliar with troubleshooting Laptops
