LSAMS Developer:

Job summary
Programming responsibilities include programming client change requests, programming new processes for efficient processing and programming work-around code to effectively fit LSAMS into the company’s servicing environment.
Summary of essential job functions
-Perform Batch and Online programming
-Ability to comply with Application Change & Source Code control, documentation and programming standards
-Proven analysis and design skills
-Desire to take initiative, be a self-starter and quick learner
-This position does require rotation of on-call coverage
-Analyze and troubleshoot program errors
-Interpret and follow a programming specification to write code in an efficient and effective manner that satisfies the specification
-Other duties may be assigned
-Work closely with QA staff to maintain high quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
-Bachelor’s degree
-3-5 years experience with LSAMS or other Mortgage Loan Servicing Systems
-Minimum 5 years experience in SQL, Cobol and/or RPG Programming
-The ability to handle multiple tasks in a multi-tasking environment
-Ability to meet deadlines set by the project schedule
-Proven analysis and design skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
-Strong team work and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work with geographically dispersed team members
-Good stress management skills
-Good written and oral communication skills
-Ability to work extended hours as required
-Turnover experience a plus
-Occasional travel required
