Java / J2EE developer Position:
ClassesUSA in New York City is looking for a Senior Java / J2EE developer to be responsible for creating new functionality and reporting for our web based business.
REQUIREMENTS
Java / J2EE developer Mandatory Requirements:
At least 5 years of software development experienceAt least 3 years of experience developing in JavaGood working knowledge of the J2SE and J2EE APIsGood working knowledge of the following: Spring, Hibernate, Velocity, JMS, and EJB 2 (specifically message driven beans)Strong SQL skills a mustAt least 2 years of experience working with an application server/EJB container (experience with JBoss a plus)Strong understanding of Web Applications using a MVC modelStrong Javascript skills (AJAX knowledge preferable.)At least 3 years experience working with a RDBMS (knowledge of SQL Server is a plus)Strong skills with object oriented design including knowledge of design patterns and understanding of how to apply themComfortable working in a Linux environmentAbility to work in a fast paced environment
