REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidates for our Java Architects / Performance Engineers will have skills in the following areas:

• Application and System Performance experience on complex node and hub enterprise systems, n-tier architecture and integration with legacy systems

• Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE 1.4 including JMS & MDB, WebSphere, Hibernate, Spring, WebSphere security, Web Services, DB2, MQ, Oracle 9i/10g.

• Strong experience with TPM (Tivoli Performance Monitor) / Tivoli Performance Viewer

• Strong experience with JProbe to monitor J2EE/Java code performance

• Experience with WSAD/RAD and Rational Suite

• Excellent communication skills
