Java Algorithmic Trader

Prestigious investment Bank seeks a Sr. Java Algorithmic Trading with:
-Knowledge of the equity's business and experience with building automated trading systems will be a strong plus. Exposure to options and futures algorithmic trading and smart order routing will be big pluses.

-Some exposure to market structure is desirable.

-Strong technical/programming skills are a key requirement.

-Object Oriented Design and programming is essential.

-Hands on expertise in programming in Java (server side programming) is necessary.

-Candidate must have a good understanding of multithreading, exceptions, templates/generics etc.

-The ideal candidate will have some exposure to real time market data processing.

-The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate abilities to capture and process data generated by these analytic systems. The ability to create reports etc. from this data may also be required.

-Needs to have strong expertise in inter process communication and event driven programming.
