Internet Help Desk

Take your customer service skills and working knowledge of computers, modems and peripherals to another level. Help desk and a through knowledge of WINDOWS are a plus. We are hiring now for a level one help desk support agents for a large Internet provider. We are seeking candidates with a knowledge of computers, including network connections, and IP addresses to work with dial up services. This is a great opportunity in the technology job market.

Call center and/or customer service experience is a plus. This position will require working non-standard hours including nights and weekends Competitive pay with good incentive bonus opportunity. This is an ideal position for students with morning class schedules or anyone else that simply likes to sleep late every day. Base pay is $10 per hour. Pay during the 2 weeks of training is also $10 per hour. Positions are direct hire meaning the earliest access to the client's benefit package. The position is in an excellent working environment with client that favors promoting from within.
