Interactive Creative Director

Responsibilities:
•Has 6 direct reports
•Will be responsible for creative conception and art direction
•Extensive Client interaction
•Develop, review and update the contents and design of websites
•Create web banners, flash presentations and email campaigns
•Stay current with industry development that may affect creative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: BA or BFA in Graphic Design or relevant experience.
Requirements:
•Must provide website and bannered samples
•Presentation skills
•Advanced skills in Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver
•Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and optimizing graphics for the Web.
•Experience with website usability
•Programming skills are a plus.
•Ability to orchestrate projects independently or within design and engineering teams
•Working knowledge of website project management
