Key Responsibilities

•Complete needs analysis to identify learning needs and information gaps.
•Design, develop, test, evaluate and revise all materials for various training curricula.
•Update and maintain existing materials as needed.
•Review materials for co-workers prior to distribution outside of department.
•Work with cross-functional team in the design and development of training materials.
•Coach and mentor Trainers on training material development.
•Complete projects as identified by TPI Management Team.
•This position reports to AHM’s Instructional Design Manager.

Education and Experience

•BA / BS degree in instructional design and / or equivalent experience
•Three to five years instructional design experience
•Experience in mortgage industry training including adult learning methodologies and blended learning.
•Excellent client service and relationship development skills
