Build your career with us!Instructional Designer-Contact CenterThis position will be based in Mooresville, NC however the incumbent will be required to travel approximately two days per week to the Contact Center in Wilkesboro. The Instructional Designer, Contact Center is responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training projects and programs for more than 300 employees. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting front-end analysis, designing & developing leadership & technical projects and evaluating existing projects and programs. Design for multiple methods of delivery are expected, including instructor-led, blended and eLearning. The position will effectively work with other Instructional Designers and the Lowe’s Contact Center Training Staff in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment to achieve mutual goals. The selected candidate will spend about 80% of their time developing training materials and 20% in delivery.

3. 3-5 years of successful training development experience

8. MS Office expertise
9. Web design tool(s) expertise
10. Program Management skills
11. Bachelors DegreePreferred Qualifications 1. Documented Rapid-ADDIE fitness
2. 3-5 years of Contact Center experience
3. Design experience with reusable learning objects
4. Design experience for asynchronous learning
5. Adobe Dreamweaver, Captivate, Photoshop/Fireworks, and Acrobat expertise
6. Demonstrated ability to design AICC/SCORM compliant dynamic web content
7. Ability to align objectives and the quantification of ROI to departmental performance targets
