Industrial Project Manager

This is a senior level Architectural project management position for The Benham Companies, LLC, in Oklahoma City, OK. The individual will be primarily responsible for the design and production of industrial and commercial projects for Fortune 100 companies. The individual will work closely with in-house production staff and engineers. Strong client communication, coordination skills, presentation skills as well as project management skills are required. A working knowledge of construction documentation, permitting, building systems, familiarity of process and packaging, construction methods, and detailing is mandatory. Other duties as assigned:
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 12 years design experience required
•Architectural License required
•Computer literacy including Word, Excel, Power Point, and project scheduling software
•Proficient in preparation of drawings and technical specifications
•Proficient in the application and acquisition of construction permits
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong leadership skills
•Ability to work in multiple contingency environment
•Familiarity with building materials and equipment manufacturer’s and products
•Familiarity with building construction and installation practices
•Familiarity with industrial process and packaging equipment
•Familiarity with building utility systems for industrial equipment
•Training and/or experience in personnel supervision
•Experience with discipline specific computer software
