Industrial Designer

Responsibilities:

Ability to flex assignments in order to meet group objectives and milestones.
Ability to concurrently handle multiple project assignments.
Conflict management, timely decision making, listening skills, self motivation, and perseverance are all requirements of this position.
REQUIREMENTS
BA and/or MA in Industrial Design or related design qualification from an accredited universality.
Assume the responsibility of developing their career growth path with assistance from their manager.
4+ years demonstrable experience through appropriate portfolio.
Exceptional 2D and 3D design skills
Excellent sketching and form development skills.
Experience working on multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills.
Be able to work independently as an Industrial Designer on multidisciplinary product development teams to take new designs from concept through production.
Thrive in a fast paced, team oriented, new product development environment.
Assist team in establishing and refining product, program and Brand requirements.
Prepare design concepts, sketches and models.
