Identity Management Architect

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: The Identity Management Architect is a key member of the Identity Management team. Responsibilities include designing Global Identity Management systems, and standards.
Design Solutions for using the following applications and sytems*
Siteminder, Sun Identity Manager, Active Directory, Unix, E2K, MIIS, Sun Ldap, MS SQL, Oracle DBs, various scripting and programming.
Assist with designing and maintaining an Active Directory security model
Monitoring, Maintenance, Capacity planning for Courion, Sun IDM, and Siteminder policy Servers
Designing Standards for Enterprise Active Directory User, Group, Printer, File share, and Password Policy.
Design Standards for Enterprise Unix Account Management
Drive Corporate initiatives involving Account Standards
Consistent Sign-On (standard account name across systems)
Single Windows Sign-On (NT bases systems logon consolidation)
SOX Compliance
Design Account Standards for Domain Consolidation and Business Integrations
Responsible for 55,000+ accounts across multiple OS platforms
Develop and Enforce SLAs for account Management.
Drive Systems Management Automation.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Substantial knowledge of information technologies. Proven experience in business planning, resource allocation and project management. *
2+ Years Experience directing project focus teams*
5+ Years Experience with regard to the Deployment and Management of the following platforms.
Windows NT, Active Directory, Unix NIS*
Knowledge of Business Directories (LDAP)*
Advanced understanding of Windows account management procedures.*Process driven: Ability to map As-Is and To-Be Processes.
BS/BA in Computer Science or related degree.Desired: Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (internal to GE)
Experience in Domain Collapse projects
Experience with Kerberos, Netegrity Siteminder, Courion password management.
Project Management Certification
