Responsible for installing, maintaining and resolving problems relating to local and remote hardware, including terminals, printers, personal computer hardware, software, and operating systems, technical knowledge to work on projects and represent IT Client Services. Associates Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Comptia's A+ Certification a must. Minimum of two years experience in Information Systems or related field. Must be knowledgeable and familiar with terminals, personal computer hardware, software, and operating systems, printers, local and remote communication links, cabling and connectivity. Must have necessary skills and abilities to install and test terminals, personal computer hardware, software, and operating systems, printers, handle problem determination/resolution, and arrange for service/repairs as necessary. Demonstrated ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs.) Valid driver's license and insurance. Must have dependable vehicle to travel to HealthEast sites and transport IT hardware and software. On Call on weekends and after hours as scheduled with other IT Support Tech's.
