IT Architect & Project Manager

IT Architect and Project ManagerExperienced IT Architect and Project Manager with over 10 years experience in leading full life-cycle projects in Development, Architecture, Infrastructure and Integration. A broad background in IT, including SDLC Methodologies, major frameworks in J2EE/.NET Technologies, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in Health Care and/or Government environments. The ideal candidate must be capable of providing IT expertise and deliverables to both our customers and management.Qualifications:
This role requires substantial experience in enterprise and application architecture, and focuses on assisting clients in the areas of enterprise SOA, SOA best practices, and shared services and web services definition & design.This role may also require assisting clients in SOA-based IT transformation and requires deep experience in SOA, OOA, development methodologies, IT governance and change management.Project Management and full life-cycle software development of large-scale enterprise applications (requirements, design, implementation, integration and testing) using J2EE and/or .NET Technologies, OO, XML, UML and RUP, WSDL, BPEL.Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently or under general direction only.Education:
A bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline is required. A masters degree is preferred.
