Help Desk Level 2 Representative

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour Robert Half Technology is currently recruiting several Help Desk Level 2 representatives for ongoing needs for our Salt Lake and Utah Valley based clients. These positions will involve supporting Windows desktop machines for both internal employees and external. Responsibilities will include performing password resets in Active Directory, resolving network connectivity issues, printer resets, etc. This position will also handle transferred calls and trouble tickets submitted by Level 1 Help Desk Representatives for more complicated issues they are not able to handle.
