Help Desk Analyst I

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour Medical corporation in Morris County has an indefinite contract position available for a Level I Help Desk professional. This position will report directly to the Help Desk Manager. Position will involve handling MS Office technical support issues for end users. Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting such as handling printer problems, network connectivity, password log in issues, document issues, etc.
