Classification: Contract to Full Time Compensation: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour RHT in Memphis is working with a client who needs a Help Desk Analyst for their operation. 2+ years experience in a call center environment is required. A good understanding of call tracking, and using call tracking software is required. A basic understanding of spreadsheets, and MS Office Software is desired.
