General Job Description:

Monitor job progress and offer solutions as problems ariseDesign and layout graphics to be produced in accordance with work ticketsCoordinate with production personnel on a daily basisOutput digital or cut vinyl graphics as required in accordance with work ticketsheavy typesetting, proof generation on a consistent daily basisPerform scanning, page layout & pre-pressCreate digital and hard copy proofsPerform large format inkjet printing as well as digital file backupPerform other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentMust have working knowledge and know daily maintenance requirements for inkjet printersMust be proficient in both PC and Macintosh Platforms in the following software packages: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark Express, and Adobe AcrobatAbility to read and interpret documents such as design/estimate requests and computer operating instructionsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak and present effectively, clearly and professionallyAbility to apply common sense and understanding of client requestsMust possess excellent grammar, editing and strong organizational skillsExcellent customer service skills


Work Schedule:

Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional overtime and weekends required.
