Graphic Detailer

Purpose: The primary function of the Graphics Department Detailer is to provide detailed proofs and production files based on information collected from the Account Team. The Detailer is to ensure the most efficient solutions are used for all graphic elements fabricated internally or subcontracted to outside venders.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Insure their time is accurately tracked to specific job number worked on.
-Accurately and effectively acquire specifications/ data for graphic production through PWOS and or production meetings working directly with the Account Teams.
-Accurately and consistently use and maintain the production data base system to ensure production schedules are met or exceeded.
-Accurately and consistently use and maintain the Graphics Production/ Design folders in accordance with the production database system and Graphics Department procedures.
-Insure that proofs are produced accurately and consistently in accordance with Graphics Department procedures.
-Work directly with the Graphic Procurement Administrator to ensure all subcontracted graphic items are produced accurately and within the timeline established.
-Work in conjunction with the Graphic Coordinator to ensure all graphic items are produced accurately and within the timeline established.
-Attend any production meetings to ensure all graphics are produced accurately and within the timeline established.
-Work directly with Designers to ensure all graphics are produced accurately and within the timeline established.

Skill and Education Requirements
-Candidate must have at least a 2 year degree in a graphic related field or at least 3 years of professional experience.
-Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator 10, Photoshop 7, and Quark 6.
-Basic experience in reading construction blueprints.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
