The Graphic Designer will assist in production of layouts to present merchandising and marketing messages. In this role you will participate in creative strategy meetings as well as evaluate research, test results and competitive analysis to develop innovative ways to package the creative marketing message using copy, graphics and design to grow sales and increase market share. In addition, you will assist the Supervisor in creation of Style Guide and design first draft of assigned match-prints and blue-lines.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have:


Two (2) years graphic design school or equivalent work experience.

Five (5) years advertising design and retail or direct marketing experience.

Three (3) years experience with MacIntosh using Quark Xpress, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong knowledge of creative design elements.

Strong ability to interpret marketing direction and design.

Ability to prioritize design projects.
