•The Graphic Artist will concept and design advertising banners, campaigns, and landing pages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Concept/Design ad banners and full campaigns, which will often include Flash and/or interactivity.
•Create landing pages/mini-sites
•Understand/learn what makes ad campaigns and landing pages effective
•Collaborate with creative manager, copywriter and other designers depending on the project
•Keep up with the latest trends/technology for rich media

REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
•Must have exceptional knowledge of Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Fireworks.
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Requires strong communication skills
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external clients, or customers.
•Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external).
•Ability to meet attendance standards and work long hours when necessary.
•Grace under pressure
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•Animation/illustration skills a plus
•Portfolio required

Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in related field, OR
•Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience,
•Or relevant combination of education and experience.
