Global Graphics Designer

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Advertising & PromotionResponsibilities: Develop, manage and implement a global branding and creative strategy for the Maternal-Infant Care business following the GE Heathcare corporate brand architecture, standards and processes. Work with internal global and regional marketing clients to develop a creative strategy and work plan to support the strategic marketing plans. Develop multi-media awareness and lead-generating program campaigns including advertising, web, exhibits and events creative support, direct marketing and sales collateral. Manage the quality, consistency and effectiveness of all customer facing messaging and visuals. Manage all outsourced creative and production services including printing, photography, mail fulfillment, etc. Manage internal client operating mechanisms and oversee program resources to maximize return on investment. Continuously evaluate effectiveness of programs based on stated marketing objectives and metrics
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * BS/BA or equivalent of 5+ years of experience in graphics design.
7+ years of marketing, advertising or communications experience
Proven track record of Corporate brand management
Ability to deliver multi-faceted campaigns with tight budgets and deadlines
Established project and client management skills
Strong interpersonal skills-demonstrated teamwork skills
Excellent communication, writing & creative thinking skills
PC-based computer platform; Indesign, QuarkXpress; Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Powerpoint; Microsoft WordDesired: 5+ years experience in medical device/healthcare related marketingGeneral: Develop, manage and implement a global branding and creative strategy for the Maternal-Infant Care business following the GE Heathcare corporate brand architecture, standards and processes.
