Duties & Responsibilities:Project Management
Manage projects from design through completion to ensure schedule integrity while maintaining quality and brand standards

Executes creative design details including layout, typestyle, photography, and/or illustration

Work closely with Visual Merchandise Presentation, Store Operations, and Merchandising teams to create event based merchandising and marketing communication materials

Develop and communicate timelines for projects from concept through print production
Communication
Work with cross-functional areas to coordinate and facilitate project execution
Communicate style guidelines, procedures, capabilities, production process as needed

Organize and plan for multiple projects in order to meet project deadlinesQualifications Summary:
Strong knowledge and a minimum 5 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat), and Flash

Experience in electronic print production and digital prepress for offset printing

Highly motivated team player with creative problem-solving and decision making skills

Strong organizational skills

Prioritize work with limited amount of supervision

Ability to take direction, be flexible and open to change

Work closely and at ease with all levels of staff and management from store level to corporate office

Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively, make timely and quick decisions in order to meet project deadlines

4 years college degree or equivalent experience in graphic design
