Flash Designer (NYC Area Applicants Only)

Searching for talented, freelance Flash designers to work onsite; developing banner ads for our busy clients in the entertainment industry. We are not looking for code writers but rather designers able to manipulate previously coded Actionscript.
We are looking for creative and self motivated individuals with the ability to work independently with little oversight. Ideally, our candidate will have had experience in large environments and knowledge of the creative process and dynamics within such environments.
REQUIREMENTS
We require a minimum of four years experience with expert knowledge of Flash MX and Actionscripting. Knowledge of XML and HTML would be ideal.Please submit your Word formatted resume and salary requirements along with your most superb examples of Flash work. If examples are from professional experience, please detail your role in development.
