(www.aismedia.com), one of Atlanta's premier Internet technology and services firms is growing and, has exciting positions available for a professional Flash Designer/Developer with a successful track record developing commercial-grade Flash demos, presentations and kiosks for businesses.

Position Overview
Responsible for the development of Flash-based demos, presentations, banners and applications used for marketing of both existing and upcoming products and services. Applicants should be highly versed in the creation of vector and raster images using Photoshop/Illustrator, have at least an intermediate knowledge of Actionscript 2.0 and be able to demonstrate past experience creating UIs.
REQUIREMENTS
Techinical Skills
At least 2+ years professional experience in the following areas Fluency in Adobe/Macromedia products including creation of vector/raster graphics and Actionscript 2.0Keen attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create and edit HTML by hand (without a WYSIWYG editor)

Desired Skills
Special consideration will be given to individuals with a proven track record in the following areas Web development: .php, PEARL, Java, MySQL, JavascriptExperienced in information architecture designWeb application development and integration experienceCustomer interaction and presentation experienceExperience coordinating multiple projects, managing deadlines and deliverablesPast experience leading a project from conception to implementation

Education & Other Requirements BA, BS or Multimedia Development, Graphic Design or equivalent professional experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlinesProfessional demeanor with strong work ethicHighly responsible, dependable and keen attention to detailAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamStrong understanding of Web-based UI applications
