Firmware Design Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all software and firmware activities of engineering department for all product lines. This position was added to support company growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Programming in Visual C for Window, Version 6.0 of Visual C++ and multi-threaded program in Windows OS.
* Programming (Windows application, user interface, PCI bus interface, PCI, windows driver, etc…
* Program in application level to board level for device drivers
* Programming with ARM
* Programming with ATA/IDEJob Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS in Electrical Engineering; MSEE/MSCS is highly desired.
* 10+ years in programming for consumer oriented products.
* Strong knowledge in Embedded System programming and Hardware.
* Must have in-depth knowledge of memory technology (Flash, DDR, and SRAM)
* Experience programming (Windows application, user interface, PCI bus interface, PCI, windows driver.
* Be able to program in application level to board level for device drivers
* Experience programming with ARM
* In-depth knowledge of ARM SDK
* Familiarity with 8051 programming
* Be able to read schematic and work on logic analyzer
* Familiarity with programming ATA/IDE is a must
* Must have proven track record of accomplishments in the success of software implementation from conception, implementation, troubleshoot.
