Job Description: Responsible for supporting multiple applications using a variety of technologies. The support will require monitoring and responding to support request through our Remedy Help Desk system. Interaction with requesting user will be necessary to understand the problem/request and to follow up for verification that problem/request has been resolved/satisfied.

FileNet Technical Support
Technical Skills:
At least 2 years experience with FileNet ECM, Microsoft Access/SQL Server, Oracle PLSQL. Demonstrated experience analysis problems and developing effective long term solutions. Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
