FIRST LIGHTGraphic Design Professional FirstLight Federal Credit Union, serving the El Paso, Las Cruces and Fort Bliss communities is looking for a creative and motivated professional to spearhead the design and production of FLFCU marketing materials. Our ideal candidate will be a high-energy, experienced graphic designer with proven expertise in: campaign design, copy writing, branding, collateral development, as well as online, direct and event marketing. The key success responsibilities for this position are: The design and development of marketing collateral and materials Working with FLFCU leadership to formulate and implement business development strategies Managing a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced work environment Collaborating with internal and external customers to develop sales collateral, advertising, product flyers, direct marketing and web campaigns for both direct-to-consumer and business-to- business channels. Combining creative thinking and strong communications skills to meet objectives Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and project management skills Qualifications: 2-4 year degree in design 2+ years professional design experience Personally financially responsible (a credit check will be conducted) Superior knowledge of Quark Express Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
