Entry-level Mechanical Design Engineer

Purpose: Leading manufacturer in the small to mid-size yacht market is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you will begin assisting with the redesign and upgrade of some of their vessels. This will include drafting/designing interior amenities along with some exterior work as well. You will also be responsible for Engineering Change Notices and Bill of Materials. As you learn their products and systems, you will gain responsibility and do more design work. This is a very fast paced environment and will require you to wear many hats. There is strong opportunity for advancement into mechanical engineering roles.

Qualified candidates will have their Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must! No on the job experience is necessary. Candidates with excellent communications skills and drive to succeed are desired.
