No Relocation AvailableResponsible for understanding the Project One Up business processes and goals sufficiently to determine the Enterprise Data Management data requirements. Is responsible for ensuring that these requirements are met by designing and facilitating solution delivery by the Data ITO Enterprise Data Management Team throughout the project life cycle.    This includes serving as the primary point of contact and as an advocate for the Data ITO Enterprise Data Management Team for key enterprise initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Set and drive the agenda for the EDM subteams. Ensure alignment with the project charter .
Broker communications within and across the sub-teams to ensure team alignment.
Monitor and communicate overall Data ITO Enterprise Data Management project plans, priorities and progress against client?s requirements..  
Provide standards, guidelines, processes and subject matter  expertise to consistently address recurring strategic Enterprise Data Management  issues such as data convergence, data standards and data synchronization.   Partner with other enterprise master data analysts to continually refine these standards, guidelines and processes.
Responsible for defining and executing transition strategies to enable a smooth progression from the current state to the long-term Enterprise Data Management  data strategy.  Partner with other Enterprise Data Management analysts to ensure initiative view aligns with enterprise view.
Responsible for defining and validating need for new Enterprise Data Management attributes or entities.  Partner with logical modeling group to determine appropriate models.
Promote, educate and consult on Enterprise Data Management strategies and best practices to clients and other affected teams.
Maintain currency in Enterprise Data Management discipline architecture, tools and trends.
Maintain currency in the business environment and vendor practices and anticipates forthcoming business changes.
Provide expert knowledge of  Enterprise Data Management in support of Business, Operations and Technology teams.  
Establish strong partnerships with Business, Application and Technical architects and team members advocating the Enterprise Data Management principles.
Participate in Enterprise Architecture/Engineering work groups and ensure alignment with the Enterprise Data Management direction.
Support and be a champion of PBSG strategies, goals and standards. Maintain relationships with the clients and their teams.
Contributes to continuous improvement and promotes/leverages successful processes from lines of business across the firm.
Proactively supports knowledge sharing across lines of business.
Actively contributes to the development of  Enterprise Data Management data processes, guidelines and standards as required and disseminates to technology and application teams.
College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience in data related areas.
10+ years in information system development or consulting.  Specialized experience in the design, development and implementation of Enterprise Data Management solutions
Solid understanding of information systems, supporting tools, software development process, application and development lifecycles and project management methodology.
Strong Business perspective. Ability to understand business drivers and propose solutions to meet the business need.Ability to ask the difficult questions/push back when necessary
