Do you have an Engineering background and you are looking for a great company to work for? Our well-established manufacturing client in Worcester, MA has several openings for experienced Engineers. This is a fast-paced, customer oriented, multitasking development team that is actively growing.

We are currently searching for:
•Senior Quality Assurance Engineer: The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent, related experience and minimum of 5 years of related experience. Excellent communication skills required. Precious experience in IC manufacturing, assembly and test a plus. (Intergraded Circuit manufacturing).
•Semiconductor Packaging engineer: The successful candidate will possess an M.S. or equivalent Mech. /Mfg. Engineering plus 3 years experience with analysis and testing of semiconductor devices (including 2 years of experience using FEA), or a B.S. in Mech./Mfg./Chemical Engineering or Materials Science plus 5 years of progressive experience with analysis and testing of semiconductor devices (including 3 years of experience using FEA).
oThe FEA background must include experience with thermal and structural modeling, and ideally would also include electromagnetic modeling.
oRequired skills: ANSYS, AutoCAD. Also valuable would be experience with Autodesk Inventor, Visual Basic and LabView.
oKnowledge of Semiconductor assembly process and previous experience working with offshore assembly subcontractors is essential.
oWorking knowledge of contemporary semiconductor power packages like MLP, QFN, and FCOL is highly desirable.
oPrevious experience with thermal management and designing thermally efficient packages would be highly desirable.
•Failure Analysis Engineer: The successful candidate will possess a BSEE (or related field) or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years of experience in inspection methods used in the design, fabrication, production of semiconductor devices and testing of electrical / electronics products. In addition, the successful candidate will have a working knowledge of analog / digital circuit design, semiconductor physics and bipolar/CMOS, analog/power/mixed-mode IC design
•Applications Engineer: The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline (technical master's degree preferred) and a minimum of five years of directly related experience. The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal and communication (verbal, written) skills; the ability to make technical presentations and the technical/market knowledge required to influence the company’s design-in objectives. Knowledge of power analog products is essential. Motor control expertise is also highly desirable.
