Engagement Manager

Classification: Full Time Assuming a key role within the Engagement Management organization of North American Professional Services, you will be responsible for managing implementation and integration of client solutions for various clients within the region delivering high-quality solutions on-time and on-budget; leading and managing project teams; collaborating with clients to resolve any issues; working on day to day project scheduling and time management, resource management, project risk management, as well as tracking and reporting on project status and achievement of projects objectives.

Responsibilities:To lead and be accountable for client projects, including sales support during initial contact and contract negotiations, estimation of effort, work breakdown structures and creation of workplans, managing the on-going commercial relationship and the overall delivery of projects comprising implementation and integration of Risk Management systems at client sitesTo directly undertake project management activities, including leading, monitoring, assigning work and delegating, managing all aspects of the project delivery and reporting on project progress
To identify and negotiate opportunities to sell additional services and support offerings during and after the customer implementation while acting within the overall sales strategy, engaging the Sales Executive as appropriateTo identify incremental license sale opportunities and engage the sales organization to pursue the opportunityTo oversee and assist with client implementations assigned to other project managers as requiredTo provide best practice to the organization, including mentoring other staffTo build and lead effective and focused project delivery teamsTo maintain effective relationships with other parts of the organization outside of North American Professional ServicesWith more than 100 locations in North America, Europe, and Australia, Robert Half Technology is a leading provider of IT professionals on a project and full-time basis for IT initiatives ranging from Internet development and multiplatform systems integration to network engineering and technical support.
