As a Engineer you will provide 1st level problem resolution, manage change and monitor Wyeth's Intranet and Internet environments. You will follow Problem Management and Change Management Processes and guidelines; provide first level support and root cause analysis; follow work instructions for Web Site change management; administer tools that supports and monitors the Intranet and Internet environments. You will also assist in the development and support of process improvements (e.g. automation) and site migrations that add to system reliability and availability.
This position requires a BA/BS with 5 years experience or equivalent business experience with foundation practices such as configuration management, problem management and change management. Knowledge of the Microsoft web environment running Windows 2003, IIS 6.0 and Application Center is necessary. Position requires skills in analysis and troubleshooting. Good written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have a desire to work in a high-energy, team-oriented department and be a quick learner.
