Electro-Mechanical Designer

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Engineering/ Product DevelopmentResponsibilities: New product design of thermoregulatory and ancillary products for the intensive care nursery arena. Responsible for specification generation, design, development, verification, documentation, and analysis.
Electro-mechanical designer on new product development teams.
Specification generation, documentation, analyses.
Creative electrical/mechanical design and engineering activities on NPI teams, including cable harnessing, EMC design solutions, PCA layout, and other electrical and electromechanical design activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelors degree or equivalent of 5 years in product development.
Demonstrated experience generating specifications and hazard analyses.
Excellent Presentation Skills, dynamic approach with the ability to translate theory into practical application.
Demonstrated experience in electrical or mechanical CAD system.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions effectively.
Proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
Ability work in the United States.
