Electrical Engineers - Active interconnect components

In this job you will design and engineer high quality, active, interconnect components used in automotive, electronics, and other equipment
That's it, that's the job. (Well really there are several different jobs at different levels). "So", you say "what's so great about these jobs that you would spend a bunch of money to advertise them. They seem pretty ordinary to me?"

"Ha!", I reply "that's because I didn't fill you in on the "attraction"". "Well" you ask,.......

NOPE, SORRY, WE'RE GOING STOP THIS LITTLE PLAYLET. IT'S GETTING STUPID.

In any case, here's the thing. Your products will be YOUR products. That's right, you will work with the customer, and you will lead both the research and the development phase in your product's life cycle. In the more jr. positions, you will be working on a few projects, and in the more senior positions, you will lead others in developing multiple products. In each of these jobs, you will have real solid and tangible responsibility. You will have to work nimbly, you will have to jump fences, and you will have fun.

REQUIREMENTS
You must have a BSEE. You should be an engineer with 3 or more years in research design and development of circuits for 12V/24V equipment.
Such circuit design should have been both analog and digital, and applications needed are real time embedded control systems. Schematic capture, work with 8 bit processors, and use of noise suppression and immunity techniques is also required. If you had some PCB layout in your background that would be nice, as would some work in serial communications networks, eg. RS-232, CAN bus, DeviceNet, SPI etc.
