Eagle Test Systems is a highly successful, growing NASDAQ traded company that is a leader in the manufacturing of automatic test equipment. We have an immediate need for a number of engineering professionals who will be based at our world headquarters in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.

The Ideal candidates will have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and possess a minimum of 3-5 years of related professional and technical experience, preferably in a large manufacturing organization.

The following positions are available:

Test Engineer - must have BSEE and 3+ years of experience working with both digital and analog circuits used in multi-layer/high-density electronic designs. Experience with design for testability issues, designing and building test fixtures, developing test plans and conducting validation tests is required. The candidate should also possess strong troubleshooting skills and have experience with one or more programming languages, C or C++ preferred.

Hardware Engineer - must have 5-8 years of electrical circuit board design and production support experience. Must be knowledgeable and have experience with analog and digital design concepts and practices. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical issues are required. BSEE degree required.

To be successful in any of these challenging positions, you will need to have strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize your individual workload, while working effectively in a team environment are also essential. You must also be effective in producing clearly written technical and non-technical documentation.
