Naylor is rapidly expanding and is seeking a full-time E-Learning Instructional Designer to join its Gainesville branch. This position will develop a range of online and blended skill programs on MIS, CRM and online systems, as well as soft skills training to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of our company. This position is part of the Employee Development department, which includes instructional and graphic design, videography, delivery of learning, and will also work closely with other departments including Sales and IT.
REQUIREMENTS
1.) Preferred applicants will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
2.) Two years of relevant work experience developing e-learning training materials.
3.) Strong computer software skills and the ability to train around MIS systems are essential.
4.) Relocation expenses will be considered for ideal candidates, but local candidates will be prefered.
