Increase familiarization with Fluor and its policies and procedures
Increase familiarization with the project task force organization
Increase familiarization with the design requirements of a project
Increase familiarization with department standards and procedures
Increase familiarization with Fluor’s Knowledge Community
Under direct supervision, prepare basic drawings
Further develop 2D and 3D CAD capabilities, as required
Complete 3D-PDS training
Assist the Design Supervisor, as required
Participate in general department training programs/seminars and on-line training

Two-year technical degree from an accredited school
