Digital Electronic Engineer

Individual will develop, implement and integrate digital circuit cards providing signal interfaces to communication equipment for DoD ground and airborne applications. Tasks to include completion of detailed design, integration and test of designs into supporting system and software integration and test. ***Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.***


Requirements:

Individual must be a hands-on, electrical digital design engineer that possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have design experience in digital circuits, digital interfaces, digital data communication protocols, ASIC/FPGA/CPLD design and flow control signaling. The individual must have 8-10 years of experience in circuit card and box-level digital design. The individual must be proficient in the use of schematic capture software, synchronous logic design techniques and logic integration and test tools. Experience with interfacing to microprocessor buses is required. Familiarity with the CMMI processes is required. Individual should have experience of participation on complex engineering projects.
