Digital Design Department Manager
In this management position, the selected candidate will lead the digital circuit design department, managing human and capital resource planning and assignment of staff to projects. The successful candidate will have superb leadership skills with the ability to manage a group of highly skilled design engineers while keeping an eye toward the future of the industry and this department’s role as a key component of growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Six to ten+ years line management experience, with experience as a digital design technical lead or in leading a product development team a plus.
Ten or more years of experience designing digital circuits.
High speed digital design experience preferred.
Detailed knowledge of and experience with the complete product development life cycle.
To meet security and export control regulations, this position requires either U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Alien Status.
