Our Advanced Process Technology Development group is currently looking for a Staff level SiGe BiCMOS Device Engineer. Engineers in this group are highly educated, experienced professionals who are highly valued by National. This Engineer will be a part of the SiGe BiCMOS Process Integration team and will work on the development and characterization of an advanced SiGe BiCMOS process technology for high speed broadband Interface applications. Duties will include device design & characterization through simulations (MEDICI/SUPREM) and bench probing. The Engineer will propose and design experimenta lots to investigate the device parameters and analyze the results electrically and analytically. This is an R&D position that will also involve daily interactions with other engineering groups in TCAD, Product Design, Reliability and Modeling.

REQUIREMENTS
PhD in Electrical Engineering with up to 5 years of experience in Process Integration, preferably in SiGe BiCMOS technologies at the 130/90nm process node. Solid background in bipolar and MOS devices and silicon wafer processing is essential. Experience in RF devices and circuit design and Cadence design tolls is a definite plus. This is a high visibility position that requires excellent verbal and written communications skills.
