Desktop Support Specialist

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Robert Half Technology is seeking a Desk Top Support Desktop Support Analyst will provide telephone and hands-on support for enterprise servers, desktops, laptops, and applications in a corporate network environment. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware such as Desktops, Laptops, Servers and enterprise software, network, remote access, managing end user accounts and printer issues. Provide timely resolution for escalated trouble tickets and document solutions in our helpdesk ticketing system. Ensure adequate follow-up communications, and issue timely status updates to users.
