Design Verification Engineer

Purpose: We are currently working with a manufacturing company in Jackson, TN. They are in need of a Design Verification Engineer.

This person will be responsible for all component, sub-system and system level verification and validation testing (sign-off accountability). You will review DMAIC and/or ICOV roadmap's and translate into testing requirements and test plans. You will review and approve engineering changes based on complete and adequate testing (as requested).

The qualified candidate will have a bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering field, and able to demonstrate the knowledge of engineering fundamentals. Reliability Engineering experience highly preferred. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized company or organization and/or ability to demonstrate the technical aspects of Six Sigma.
