My client is a healthy, growing manufacturer of rubber products in the Milwaukee area. They have an excellent reputation for producing high quality products for a variety of industries.
We need to find an individual who has the ability to learn from and take over for the present Director of Engineering when he retires soon.

All qualified candidates must have:
·Self Starter / self motivated style
·3D design experience
·Experience with tooling design and manufacture

Extra consideration will be given to candidates with:
·Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
·Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM)
·Understanding of the prototyping process
·Experience with and knowledge of the injection molding process (rubber or plastics)
·Technical knowledge of rubber manufacturing
