Design Director- Mens's Leather

There is assistance available for relocation.Fossil is searching for a star candidate to lead up our the design process for Mens Leather Accesscory business. This candidate will manage all aspects of brand strategy and overall men's leather accessory design. The star candidate will lead the creative direction and development of the brand design team to ensure timeliness, quality, profitability, and creativity. Sourcing, development , and leather project negotiation through factories are all part of this fun and fast paced opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 0%Position Requirements:
Degree in Design
7-10 years design experience (preferrably in accessories) and 3 years in managing a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven track record in leading a design team.
Ability to reside in Dallas, TX
